Tbilinomics is a non-governmental and non-partisan policy advisory platform bringing together people with government and business experience, on the one hand, and applied academic knowledge, on the other. We don’t believe in copy-pasting policies and institutions from one jurisdiction to another. Our mission is to help tailor development solutions to particular cultural settings, particular social and economic contexts.

• we work with governments throughout the region to design, implement – and learn from – policy experiments seeking to improve the quality of basic and vocational education, social security and other public services, promote job creation and growth in agriculture, manufacturing and services;
• we work with donors and international NGOs to prepare and pilot innovative donor interventions that lead to tangible and irreversible development outcomes – adjusted goals and expectations, improved individual and organizational capacities, stronger linkages within communities and value chains;
• we work with businesses, individual philanthropists and other private actors to design and coordinate community-oriented actions – alone and together with other public and private entities.
